Experience: 1–3 years (FMCG / Sales preferred)
📊 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Distributor Management
- Handle all existing distributors (orders, stock, issues)
- Ensure weekly billing and stock rotation
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors
2. Distributor Expansion
- Identify and onboard new distributors across South India
- Achieve monthly onboarding targets
- Present product + demand proof (Instamart / D2C traction)
3. Secondary Sales & Movement Tracking
- Track weekly:
- Opening stock
- Closing stock
- Movement
- Identify:
- Fast-moving outlets
- Dead stock
- Ensure regular refill cycles
4. Payments Discipline
- Track outstanding for each distributor
- Ensure collections within credit period (7–14 days)
- Enforce: “No payment = No supply”
5. Scheme & Growth Execution
- Execute retail schemes (Buy X Get Y, incentives)
- Work on improving product movement at store level
- Support visibility initiatives (display, placement)
6. Weekly Reporting & Reviews
- Maintain and update distributor tracking sheet
- Present weekly insights:
- Revenue
- Outstanding
- Movement
- Issues & action plan
📈 KPIs
- Distributor revenue growth (weekly & monthly)
- Number of active distributors
- Outstanding amount & credit days
- Secondary movement (refill frequency)
💰 COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000
- Performance Incentives:
- per new distributor onboarded
- % incentive on revenue growth
🧠 SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of FMCG distribution
- Good with numbers (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Ability to take ownership and work independently

- 2–3 new distributors onboarded
- Improved sales from existing distributors
- Strong control on outstanding payments
- Weekly tracking system fully implemented
