We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused B2B Food/Dairy Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and managing commercial aspects in the food & dairy sector.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Communicate professionally with B2B customers via phone, email, and other channels
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with internal QA, production, and logistics teams for resolution
• Support commercial processes including product costing, quotations, and order follow-ups
• Ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal stakeholders
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to customer interactions and issues
• Support business development and repeat order management
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Prior experience in the food/dairy industry is preferred
• Understanding of B2B sales, customer service, or commercial operations is an advantage
🔹 Qualification
• B.Tech in Food Technology / Dairy Technology (or equivalent qualification)
