Ashpranix is a premium cybersecurity and IT training company — backed by Google, Microsoft and Intel Hall of Fame certified trainers. We have delivered corporate training to KPMG, PwC, NTT Data, CGI and UST Global. We are now aggressively expanding our B2B corporate training vertical and need a hunter — not a farmer.
The Role — What You Will Do
This is a pure B2B sales role. Your job is simple —
Get companies to hire Ashpranix as their training vendor. Then keep them.
- Identify and prospect L&D heads, HR heads and Training Managers at IT, BFSI, Oil & Gas and Manufacturing companies
- Cold call, cold email and LinkedIn outreach — 50+ touchpoints per day
- Pitch Ashpranix's cybersecurity and IT training portfolio to decision makers
- Get Ashpranix empanelled as an approved training vendor at target companies
- Negotiate and close training contracts — from ₹50,000 to ₹10,00,000+
- Coordinate with internal trainers for proposal, pricing and delivery
- Maintain CRM with every call, email, follow-up and status update — daily
- Submit EOD report by 6 PM every working day — no exceptions

Requirements
Experience: 1–4 years in B2B sales — corporate training, SaaS, staffing, consulting or any enterprise sales
Skills:
- Cold calling and cold email — not afraid of rejection
- LinkedIn prospecting — knows how to find and connect with decision makers
- Proposal writing — basic
- CRM discipline — every activity logged, no exceptions
- Excellent spoken and written English + Hindi
Education: Any graduate — MBA preferred but not mandatory. Track record matters more.
Location: Fully remote — work from anywhere in India
Reporting Structure
- Daily EOD report by 6 PM — calls made, emails sent, responses received, pipeline status
- Weekly review call — every Friday 5 PM with founder
- Monthly performance review — targets vs actuals, commission calculation
Late or missed EOD report = formal warning. Three warnings = termination.
