Sales & Marketing Executive (Lead Generation & Conversion)

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive responsible for generating leads through on-ground activities and converting them into customers. The role involves field marketing, events, and end-to-end sales closure.
- Key Responsibilities:Generate leads via BTL activities (college activations, events, seminars)
- Conduct meetings, calls, and presentations to convert leads
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to closure
- Build partnerships with colleges/institutes
- Achieve monthly targets and track performance
- Requirements:2–5 years experience in Sales / Field Marketing / BTL
- Experience in EdTech / Education preferred
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Comfortable with field work and targets
