Role OverviewWe are looking for a Corporate Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating business through proactive outreach, building client relationships, and closing deals. The role requires a balance of communication, persistence, and structured follow-up.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct cold calling to identify and engage potential clients
- Generate leads through calls, networking, and market research
- Schedule and attend client meetings (virtual and in-person)
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Maintain strong relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Track and maintain accurate documentation of leads, interactions, and sales activity (primarily using Excel)
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
Requirements- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (most critical)
- Ability to confidently speak with decision-makers and present solutions
- Basic understanding of IT products (preferred but not mandatory)
- Self-driven, organized, and result-oriented approach
- Proficiency in MS Excel for tracking and reporting
- Prior experience in B2B or field sales is an advantage
Eligibility- Freshers are welcome if they demonstrate strong communication and willingness to learn
- Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience will be preferred
Compensation- Salary will be based on experience, skills, and performance
- Incentive structure will be discussed during the interview
