Job Title: B2B Content Specialist
Location: Bangalore

Experience: 4-5 years in content marketing (past experience with B2B/SaaS is a must)
Role Overview
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Content Marketing Specialist who can join our team and shape our content engine. The role includes creating original content and repurposing high-impact assets that attract, convert, and retain B2B audiences. If you have written White papers, E-Book, Tech Documents and Case Studies then this role is for you.
If you have written only social media content then this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the content calendar aligned with marketing and business objectives.
- Strong understanding of tech products and services and ability to do a thorough research.
- Write, edit, and optimize a variety of content types, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, email campaigns, landing pages, and video scripts.
- Own messaging consistency and content quality across all channels and touchpoints.
- Partner with subject matter experts to create authoritative, solution-oriented content.
- Use SEO best practices to increase visibility and organic traffic.
- Analyze content performance and continuously refine strategy based on insights.
- Support campaigns with tailored content for different funnel stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU).
- Repurpose long-form content into snackable formats (eBooks, infographics, LinkedIn posts).
- Able to juggle multiple content assets in a day.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in content marketing, with a focus on B2B or SaaS.
- Exceptional research, writing and editing skills with a knack for simplifying complex topics.
- Strong understanding of SEO, buyer personas, and SaaS customer journeys.
- Experience using content tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, Grammarly, CMS platforms, and Google Analytics.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and engage with clients effectively.
- Strategic thinking skills with expertise in Marketing Strategy and Sales enablement to create impactful campaigns.
- Passion for B2B marketing with a preference for candidates experienced in the Tech and SaaS industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
