Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant (UK Process) located in Lucknow. The Consultant will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, streamlining workflows, and enhancing overall efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include managing business process execution, optimizing business performance, fostering clear internal and external communication, and participating in operational assessments to identify improvement opportunities. Additionally, the Consultant will liaise with the UK-based stakeholders to ensure seamless operation and collaboration aligned with client goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Process Management, Business Process, and Business Process Improvement.
- Highly developed Analytical Skills to identify, assess, and improve workflows and operations.
- Excellent Communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear correspondence.
- Proficiency in process optimization and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in working with UK-based processes is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
