Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Collection Specialist located in Gurugram. The role involves managing and overseeing all aspects of debt recovery, conducting follow-ups with clients to secure payments, and maintaining detailed records of collection activities. The B2B Collection Specialist will also collaborate closely with internal teams, provide support to clients by addressing their concerns, ensure compliance with company policies, and contribute to achieving financial goals effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Debt Collection and Cash Collection processes
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Basic understanding of Finance principles and practices
- Ability to manage client relationships and provide effective solutions
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in a collections or financial role is an advantage
- Proficiency in using financial management software and tools
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
