Hiring: B2B Collection Executive – Logistics
Location: Gurgaon (Sector 58)
Salary: ₹23,000/month + Incentives
Working: 6 Days (Work From Office)
Joining: Immediate
About the Role
We are looking for experienced B2B Collection Executives from the logistics domain who have hands-on experience in invoice-based recovery and client follow-ups.
This is not a customer service role.
We need professionals who can drive collections, handle disputes, and close payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage B2B collections for logistics clients (freight / invoice-based recovery)
- Follow up on outstanding invoices, overdue payments, and aging buckets
- Take and track PTP (Promise to Pay) and ensure timely closures
- Handle payment delays, disputes, short payments, and damage claims
- Push for partial payments and timely payment release
- Maintain daily follow-ups and commitment tracking
- Coordinate internally for POD, invoice validation, and dispute resolution
Mandatory Requirements (Strict Filter)
Minimum 1 year experience in B2B collections (Logistics only)
Strong understanding of:
- Invoice & Ledger management
- Aging & overdue tracking
- PTP & follow-up cycle
- Partial payment handling
- POD (Proof of Delivery)
- Experience in handling business clients (not retail customers)
- Must be comfortable with target-driven recovery role
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Background in logistics / transport / courier companies
- Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) / Credit Control / Recovery
- Strong negotiation and payment closure skills
- Ability to handle client excuses and push for payments
Important Note
This role is NOT for:
- Customer support / inbound profiles
- Freshers
- B2C / retail collection experience only
