Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR), located in New Delhi. The SDR will be responsible for conducting B2B cold calls, identifying and qualifying leads, and facilitating the sales pipeline. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential clients, initiating conversations, managing sales outreach, and collaborating with team members to optimize lead generation strategies. The SDR will play a key role in driving new business opportunities for the company.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication and Sales skills
- Experience in Business Development and client relationship management
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team setting
- Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive, professional demeanor on calls
- Previous experience in B2B sales or a related role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
