Role Description The B2B Client Servicing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with partner schools and institutional clients. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring smooth onboarding and delivery of BookEinstein’s solutions. The manager will coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute programs, track service performance, and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities include conducting regular check-ins and review meetings, gathering feedback, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and agreements. The role also involves preparing reports and presentations, supporting new business pitches when required, and contributing to process improvements that enhance overall client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong client-facing skills, including Client Services and Client Relations, with experience managing B2B or institutional accounts.
- Customer-focused mindset with demonstrated ability to drive Customer Satisfaction and deliver consistent, high-quality Customer Service.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in edtech, education services, or service-oriented industries is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple client requirements and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment, with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
