Role Overview
We are looking for a B2B Partnership & Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and build strategic partnerships at TenseAi. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will be responsible for client acquisition, lead generation, and managing the end-to-end sales pipeline in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Design and manage end-to-end revenue workflows across lead generation, sales, onboarding, and retention
● Identify, approach and onboard B2B clients and strategic partners
● Align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success into a unified revenue system
● Own revenue forecasting, pipeline health, and performance metrics
● Build and optimize CRM workflows, pipelines, and automation
● Define lead scoring, qualification frameworks, and handoff processes
● Support sales teams with dashboards and insights
● Collaborate with marketing to optimize funnels
● Track CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and attribution models
● Implement automation using workflows, CRM tools, and integrations
Requirements
● 0-2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations
● Understanding of B2B SaaS sales and revenue models
● Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
● Strong understanding of sales funnels and metrics
● Familiarity with automation tools or no-code platforms is a plus
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
● Graduation in any discipline; strong communication skills essential
