Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship program. The first 3 months will involve structured training and skill development. Post-training, the intern will transition into on the job Responsibilities.
This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through research and outreach
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities
- Support in creating and delivering presentations and proposals
Assist
- in client meetings and follow-upsMaintain and update
- CRM/database recordsBuild and maintain strong client relationships
- Support digital outreach initiatives (LinkedIn, email campaigns, etc.)
- Achieve assigned performance targets post training
Training Structure

Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Business, Marketing, Management or related field preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
