We’re Hiring: Sales Executive – Venue & Corporate Partnerships
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office + Client meetings)
Experience: 1–3 years in sales (event/hospitality preferred)
Salary: ₹3.0 Lakhs fixed + ₹2.4 Lakhs incentives

We are a premium experiential F&B brand specializing in live food stations (cotton candy, popcorn, and more) for weddings, corporate events, and luxury venues. We partner with top event planners, 5-star hotels, and corporate clients to create unforgettable experiences.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive lead conversion, build partnerships with event planners, corporate clients, and premium venues, and close high-value event deals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
Identify and reach out to corporates, event planners, and wedding planners
Build partnerships with 5-star hotels, banquet halls, and venues
Generate leads via cold calls, LinkedIn, and field visits
Convert inbound leads into sales
2. Sales Conversion
Pitch our services to potential clients
Customize offerings based on client needs
Follow up and close deals
3. Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with venue partners and repeat clients
Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution
4. CRM & Reporting
Update leads and sales pipeline in CRM
Track conversions, follow-ups, and revenue targets
Requirements
1–3 years of B2B sales experience (event industry/hospitality preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with field sales and client meetings
Self-driven and target-oriented
Preferred (Good to Have)
Experience in event management, hotel sales, or F&B sales
Existing network of event planners or corporate HR/admin teams
