📢 We’re Hiring | B2B & Channel Development Manager (Pan India)
At Matrix Medicals, we are on a mission to build a scalable, future-ready medical devices platform and become a true “One Roof Solution” provider for our customers across India.
We are looking for a B2B & Channel Development Manager to lead our next phase of growth by building a high-performing, nationwide dealer and distribution ecosystem.
🚀 What You’ll Drive
Build and scale a pan-India dealer, distributor, and super-stockist network
Create predictable and consistent channel sales performance
Strengthen long-term dealer relationships and partnerships
Expand into untapped and high-potential geographies
Drive portfolio expansion and bundled selling strategy
Own B2B P&L, margins, and profitability
Develop strong presence across: Corporate & semi-corporate hospital chains
KOLs & training centres
Lead brand visibility through: CMEs, workshops, conferences & exhibitions
🎯 What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, channel development, or distribution management
Strong experience in building and managing dealer/distributor networks (preferably pan-India exposure)
Background in medical devices, healthcare, pharma, or related industries is highly preferred
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing P&L responsibilities
Experience working with hospital procurement teams, KOLs, and institutional buyers
Strong understanding of channel strategy, dealer engagement, and market expansion
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with leadership
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Willingness to travel across Pan-India
This job is based in Thane, Maharashtra.
