Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Business Development Manager in the Jewellery Industry, based in Thane. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with jewellers, and promoting InstaLaxmi’s digital gold platform and related services. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, achieving revenue targets, and providing exceptional client service. The manager will also work closely with cross-functional teams to align business strategies and drive customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, particularly in B2B environments.
- Strong knowledge or experience in the jewellery industry or digital gold platforms is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferable.
- Willingness to work on-site in Thane and travel for client meetings, if required.
