Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a B2B Business Development Manager in the jewelry industry. The professional will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential business partners, building and maintaining strong relationships with jewelry retailers and manufacturers, and creating tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. Responsibilities include market research, devising business strategies, proactive pitching of InstaLaxmi's digital gold platform, and ensuring clients leverage its features for optimal business outcomes. The role also involves contract negotiations, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in B2B business development, client relationship management, and sales strategy execution
- Experience in market research, analysis, and formulating competitive business strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with the jewelry industry and digital solutions like SaaS platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and coordinate with diverse stakeholders
- Motivation to meet or exceed sales targets and a results-driven attitude
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Prior experience in the jewelry sector or digital gold platforms is an added advantage
