About The Opportunity
Career Bloc is a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform empowering event professionals across India to scale their businesses through smart automation, targeted lead generation, and seamless vendor collaboration tools. We’re building the next-generation infrastructure for the Indian event industry — from corporate conferences to weddings and experiential activations — helping entrepreneurs and agencies win more clients, reduce operational friction, and grow revenue predictably.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and engage high-potential B2B event industry clients (event planners, agencies, venue managers, AV suppliers) across India via outbound campaigns and warm referrals.
- Own end-to-end sales cycles — from cold outreach to demo, negotiation, and closing — using Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools.
- Customize pitch decks and value propositions based on client size, vertical (corporate, wedding, experiential), and pain points (lead gen, ops, vendor mgmt).
- Collaborate with marketing to refine ICPs, create targeted content, and track campaign performance (open rates, response, conversion).
- Train and onboard new clients post-sale, ensuring smooth adoption and identifying upsell opportunities within 30 days.
- Provide weekly pipeline reports and customer feedback to leadership to optimize messaging, pricing, and product roadmaps.
