Hello Folks,
We are Magneto IT Solutions, looking for a B2B Alliance Executive for the Pune location.
Experience: 1-3 years
Location - Pune(Wakad)
Role - Partnership Executive
Key Responsibilities
● Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners (channel partners, resellers, affiliates,
etc.)
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive long-term
collaboration
● Generate new business opportunities through partnerships and alliances
● Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to align partnership
strategies
● Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and partnership agreements
● Track and report partnership performance metrics (revenue, leads, conversions)
● Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns and co-branded initiatives
● Conduct regular partner reviews and identify areas for growth
● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor partnerships, and market dynamics
Key Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
● 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development
● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
● Proven track record of driving revenue through partnerships
● Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
● Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
