About the role
Indian Stories is our dedicated brand for spiritual and wellness handicrafts – from copper bottles and incense holders to meditation cushions, spiritual jewellery, and curated bundles. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to help us bring new stories to life through design. The designer will be responsible for creating unique product concepts, collections, and bundles that reflect Indian craftsmanship, spirituality, and contemporary design sensibilities. This is an chance to shape the future of Indian Stories by blending heritage with contemporary wellness needs. Key Responsibilities: Research global and local trends in spirituality, wellness, meditation, and gifting. Develop new product concepts (individual items and bundled sets) aligned with customer needs and fairs. Create design sketches, mock-ups, and mood boards for new products. Work with vendors and artisans to develop prototypes and final designs. Ensure materials, finishes, and usability meet quality and brand standards. Design and suggest packaging concepts that elevate product value. Prepare seasonal product collections for trade fairs and client presentations. Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to align products with market demands.
