Job Title: B.Tech Cosmetics – R&D ExecutiveWe are looking for a passionate and innovative B.Tech Cosmetics professional to join our Research & Development (R&D) Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new cosmetic formulations, improving existing products, conducting product trials, and supporting innovation in skincare, haircare, and personal care categories.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and test cosmetic formulations for skincare, haircare, and personal care products
- Conduct laboratory trials, stability testing, and compatibility testing
- Research new ingredients, market trends, and product innovations
- Maintain formulation records, batch sheets, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for product execution
- Ensure formulations comply with safety and regulatory standards
- Improve existing formulations based on performance and customer feedback
- Support new product development from concept to final production
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech Cosmetic Technology or relevant field
- Basic knowledge of cosmetic ingredients and formulations
- Understanding of cosmetic manufacturing processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation abilities
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and innovation
Preferred Skills:- Knowledge of skincare, haircare, and personal care formulations
- Familiarity with lab equipment and testing procedures
- Creative approach towards product development
