🚨 Hiring Freshers – IT Service Desk (L1) Support | 50+ Openings
📍 Location: Pune / Bangalore
🎓 Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / BCA (2023–2025 Passouts)
💼 Experience: Freshers Only (No PG / No Experienced Candidates)
💰 CTC: Pune – 2.5 LPA | Bangalore – 2.7 LPA
🕒 24×7 Rotational Shifts (US/UK) | 100% WFO
📍 Training: 2 Months – Mysore
🔹 Skills: Basic IT Support, Office 365, Active Directory, Windows OS, VPN & Networking, ITSM/ServiceNow (preferred)
🔹 Role: Provide L1 support, log & manage tickets, troubleshoot basic issues & escalate to L2
