Role Description

The Business Success Manager (B.S.M.) is a full-time, on-site role based in Churu. The role involves managing relationships with small business clients, analyzing their financial needs, and recommending appropriate credit solutions. Day-to-day tasks include assessing loan applications, managing client accounts, ensuring strong portfolio performance, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. The B.S.M. will work closely with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve business growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong financial acumen, with skills in loan assessment, credit analysis, and risk evaluation
• Effective client relationship management and customer service skills
• Proficiency in data interpretation, reporting, and relevant financial software
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to drive business performance
• Prior experience in financial services or small business lending is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required
