ABOUT VIRALSTACKWe're a Dubai-based content scaling agency generating millions of organic views for creators and brands across UAE and India using our proprietary Sub-Account Strategy™. We don't post once and pray — we flood platforms with scroll-stopping short-form content.
We're backed by real results, built by real people, and we're looking for hungry editors who obsess over hooks, pacing, and cinematic b-roll.
THE ROLEThis is a paid remote internship for a B-Roll Podcast Video Editor who can transform raw podcast conversations into viral short-form content.
What you'll edit:
- Podcast clips → punchy 30–90 second Reels/Shorts/TikToks
- Interview moments → standalone viral stories
- Talking head content → scroll-stopping social media gold
Daily output: 3 videos per day minimum (podcast edits + b-roll overlays)
Deadline: Submit all videos by 6:00 PM IST daily — no exceptions.
THE STANDARD WE HOLDEvery video you submit must be something you are genuinely proud of. Not most of them — every single one.
If you're the kind of editor who does the minimum to get paid — this internship is not for you.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)Portfolio Required:
Send us 3–5 short-form edits you've created (Reels, Shorts, TikToks).
Personal projects count — we care about skill, not resume.
Software:
- Adobe Premiere Pro OR CapCut Pro (proficient use required)
- CapCut mobile alone is NOT acceptable
Tech Requirements:
- Computer capable of editing 1080p vertical video without lag
- Stable internet for uploading large files daily to Frame.io
Skills:
- Experience editing podcast clips or talking-head content (preferred)
- Strong sense of pacing, hooks, and viral content trends
- Ability to take feedback and improve — no ego
