Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Amritsar/Ludhiana area for B.Pharm graduates. The role involves contributing to pharmaceutical production, quality assurance, and operational processes. You will support product development, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and assist in maintaining product quality. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for smooth operations and process improvements will also be an integral part of the job. Additionally, fresh graduates will receive on-the-job training to develop their skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical formulations, drug development, and manufacturing processes
- Understanding of quality assurance, compliance protocols, and regulatory guidelines
- Ability to conduct and analyze pharmaceutical research and development
- Strong organizational and documentation skills for efficient record management
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute in an on-site work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm). Freshers are welcome to apply
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and experience in a similar role are advantageous
