Hiring: Phlebotomist – Home Collection | Tata 1mg | Kolkata & BengaluruWe are hiring Phlebotomists (Field Role) for home sample collection. If you have experience in blood collection and want to work in a fast-growing healthcare company, this is a great opportunity.

Role Overview:- Visit patients’ homes for sample collection
- Perform venipuncture / finger-prick procedures
- Ensure proper labeling and handling of samples
- Maintain hygiene and follow safety protocols
- Coordinate for timely sample transportation
- Provide a professional patient experience
💰
Salary & Benefits:- ₹25,000 CTC (Monthly)
- ₹4 per km Travel Allowance
- Performance-based Incentives

Eligibility Criteria:- Minimum 1 year of experience in phlebotomy
- DMLT / BMLT (Mandatory)
- Own two-wheeler + Driving License (DL/LL)
- Aadhaar Card & PAN Card required
- Good communication & patient handling skills
