Job Title: Platform Engineer Lead – Azure Data & AI
Location: PAN India / Flexible

Key Responsibilities
- Architect and manage Azure Data Lakehouse (ADLS Gen2, Delta Lake, Databricks)
- Build and maintain ADF pipelines, CI/CD (Terraform/Bicep), and environments (Dev/Test/Prod)
- Implement secure networking (VNet, Private Link, hub-spoke, firewall)
- Enable AI/ML integration (MLflow, Azure ML, OpenAI/Cognitive Services)
- Enforce data governance, RBAC, encryption, and compliance (ISO, SOC2, GDPR)
- Optimize performance (Databricks tuning, ADF throughput)
- Drive cost optimization (FinOps, tagging, budgeting)
- Collaborate with Data, ML, Security, and Product teams
Mandatory Skills
- Azure Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow, DLT)
- Azure Data Factory (pipelines, triggers, SHIR, managed VNet)
- Azure Networking (VNet, Private Link, DNS, NSG, Firewall)
- Azure Storage & Security (ADLS Gen2, RBAC, Key Vault, Entra ID)
- Terraform / Bicep + CI/CD + Git
- Experience in enterprise Data & AI platform architecture
- Good to Have
- MLOps / Azure ML
- Data governance tools (Purview)
- Compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA)
