We are seeking an experienced Azure Support Engineer to join our managed support services team. The ideal candidate will provide L1 and L2 support for a range of Azure PaaS and IaaS services, ensuring seamless operation and customer satisfaction.
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ฌ๐ผ๐'๐น๐น ๐๐ผ:

Support (L1 and L2), manage and maintain Azure-based PaaS and IaaS services.
โ
Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Azure services.
โ
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
โ
Maintain technical documentation and best practices for Azure support.
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ช๐ฒ'๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ๐ฟ:

2โ5 years' proven experience supporting Azure PaaS services.
โ
Strong understanding of Azure services including:
โข Compute โ App Services, Functions, Kubernetes/AKS, Container Apps, Virtual Machines
โข Data Services โ SQL Database, Data Factory, Databricks, Lakehouse, Synapse Analytics, Fabric, Blob/File Storage
โข Integration โ Service Bus, Event Hub, Event Grid
โข Security โ Key Vault, Entra ID
โข Monitoring โ App Insights, Dynatrace, Azure Monitor
โ
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
โ
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
๐๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ:
โ Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g. Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Developer).
โ Experience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
โ Experience with SaaS services such as Logic Apps, Power BI, Power Apps/Automate, DevOps deployment, and Office 365 configuration.
