Role Description The Azure Lead role at Talent-Hunts Consultancy Services is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Azure Lead will oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of Azure-based solutions, guiding technical teams and collaborating closely with stakeholders to align cloud architectures with business needs. Daily responsibilities include leading Azure migrations, managing resource provisioning, ensuring security and compliance, and monitoring performance, availability, and cost efficiency. The role involves mentoring team members, establishing best practices, and coordinating with cross-functional groups to deliver reliable, scalable cloud services. The Azure Lead will also contribute to technical documentation, participate in architecture reviews, and support continuous improvement of Azure environments.
Location -Mumbai ,Pune, hyderaba,chennai& gurugram, Bangalore.
Qualifications
- Strong Azure expertise, including Azure infrastructure, PaaS services, and cloud architecture design.
- Experience with Azure governance, security, compliance, identity management, and cost optimization.
- Hands-on background in scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM/Bicep, Terraform) for deployment and configuration.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, hybrid cloud connectivity, and integration with on-premises environments.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and coordinate complex, multi-phase cloud projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into business terms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-305, AZ-104, AZ-400) are highly beneficial.
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments, preferably within outsourcing or offshoring contexts.
