Position : Azure Lead
Exp : 10 to 12 Years
Location : Pune (Hybrid)

Core Responsibilities
Infrastructure Automation: Architect and implement Azure infrastructure using Terraform and ARM templates; enforce modular, reusable IaC patterns.
CI/CD Leadership: Design and maintain enterprise-grade pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and OpenShift Pipelines; standardize templates and quality gates.
Container Orchestration: Deploy and manage workloads on Kubernetes and OpenShift; implement Helm-based application lifecycle, autoscaling, and resilience strategies.
Data Platform Integration:
Automate provisioning and scaling of Azure Synapse Analytics for enterprise data workloads.
Integrate Synapse pipelines with CI/CD for analytics and reporting solutions.
Microservices Infrastructure:
Design and manage Azure Service Fabric clusters for distributed applications.
Implement secure communication, rolling upgrades, and high availability for microservices.
Cloud Optimization: Optimize Azure services including Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Azure OpenAI for cost, performance, and compliance.
Security & Governance: Implement Azure Key Vault, RBAC/ABAC, and policy-as-code; enforce secure SDLC and compliance standards.
Technical Skills
Cloud Platform: Microsoft Azure (ARM, Key Vault, Monitor, OpenAI, SQL, Cosmos DB, Synapse Analytics, Service Fabric)
IaC: Terraform, ARM Templates
CI/CD: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, OpenShift Pipelines
Containers: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Helm
Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics
Scripting: Python, Bash
Security: Azure Key Vault, IAM, RBAC/ABAC, Secrets Management
