About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Azure Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team at Aptly Technology Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure on Azure. Your expertise will ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional technology solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure services, site reliability engineering principles, and hardware validation, with a proven track record of working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, site reliability engineering, or system validation is required. Strong proficiency in Azure cloud services, DevOps tools, and automation frameworks is essential. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert are highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams are critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable Azure cloud infrastructure to support enterprise applications and services.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to streamline deployment processes and improve development workflows.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security, ensuring adherence to SLA/SLO standards and implementing proactive measures for reliability.
- Conduct hardware and platform validation, including server hardware, firmware, drivers, and system components, to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, security, and operations, to troubleshoot and resolve complex system-level issues.
- Develop automation scripts and tools to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and post-mortem activities to prevent recurrence and improve system robustness.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into infrastructure management and automation strategies.
