Manager- Azure Development Lead- Cyber Managed Services (India) JD -

Basic Qualifications
Degree Required: Bachelor’s or master’s
Minimum Years of Experience: 10-14 Years (Experience in Technical Project Management and People Management)
Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Relevant experience in end-to-end support of Azure services security and have certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500), Azure Security Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300), Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), Cyber Security Architect Expert (SC-100) or equivalent is highly desirable
Demonstrates knowledge, leadership, and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
- Drafting, maintaining, and publishing security baseline documentation including modifications to existing standards and identification of new controls aligned to Azure services
- Translating security standard and baseline requirements into implementable security controls across resource types of Azure
- Conducting monthly assessments of existing controls against client-provided requirements and drafting control updates driven by Azure platform changes, risk posture.
- Responding to and resolving escalated end-user support requests via ServiceNow
- Aligning Azure security controls to the Secure Feature Initiative (SFI) expectations.
- Own incident, problem, and change management processes related to services, adhering to ITIL best practices and utilizing service management platforms such as ServiceNow.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive operational documentation, runbooks, and compliance evidence, ensuring clarity and accessibility for audits and governance purposes.
- Balance multiple priorities in dynamic environments, ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Exhibit strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills to effectively lead teams and engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Manager Responsibilities
Leadership and Client Engagements
- Lead and manage client engagements focused exclusively on Azure services security.
- Serve as the primary client relationship manager for Azure Services security delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives, risk tolerance, and compliance mandates.
- Develop and implement tailored cybersecurity strategies, leveraging best practices and technologies.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of learning, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Drive internal and client-facing workshops to communicate program status, present findings, and recommend service enhancements.
- Identify new service opportunities and support commercial growth through innovative solutions.
- Oversee the operations and support of platforms, ensuring efficient incident response, problem resolution, and change management.
- Monitor SLAs, conduct root cause analyses, implement corrective actions, and report service performance metrics.
- Champion continuous improvement efforts by automating workflows, and optimizing governance processes.
Technical Expertise & Innovation
- Provide hands-on technical leadership in authoring Azure security standards, baseline documents, and control specifications.
- Stay current with the evolution of Azure services, new resource types, and emerging threats; translate these into control updates and standards revisions.
- Drive automation, tooling, and efficiency improvements in the standards authoring, review, and publication process.
- Knowledge of, or hands-on experience with, Threat Detection & Response (TDR) or Vulnerability Management (VM) technologies and team leadership is preferred.
Governance, Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all services operate within PwC policies, client governance frameworks, and comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present executive-level reports and dashboards covering program effectiveness, risk posture, and compliance status.
- Support audits by providing evidence of controls, process adherence, and remediation effectiveness.
Tools Knowledge
- Cloud Platform: Microsoft Azure (Defender for Cloud, Azure Policy, Entra ID, Key Vault, Sentinel, Purview).
- Service Management: ServiceNow (incident, request, and change management)
- Documentation & Collaboration: Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams), Azure DevOps / GitHub, Confluence.
