About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Native Developer to join our dynamic team at Luxoft. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-native applications and platforms on Microsoft Azure. You will work closely with architecture, DevOps, and business teams to create scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that meet enterprise standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to innovative cloud projects, enhance your expertise in Azure services, and play a pivotal role in Luxoft’s digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset. Key qualifications include:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud application development or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and solutions.
• Proficiency in Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Azure SQL Database.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs and cloud-based application architectures.
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices, monitoring, and logging techniques.
  
  

Nice-to-have qualifications include experience with containerization (Docker, AKS), Infrastructure as Code (ARM templates or Terraform), familiarity with Agile methodologies, and prior experience working in enterprise or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and efficient applications and services utilizing Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
• Build, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure leveraging Azure-native services to ensure high availability and performance.
• Develop and deploy solutions using Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Storage, aligning with best practices and enterprise standards.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to streamline deployment processes.
• Optimize application performance, security, and cost-efficiency through continuous monitoring and improvements.
• Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including development, testing, and operations to ensure seamless project execution.
• Contribute to cloud architecture decisions, define best practices, and stay updated on emerging Azure technologies and trends.
