🚨 We're Hiring | Azure Databricks Lead (ADB Lead) | Walk-in Drive - FTE
We're looking for experienced Azure Databricks Leads to join our Data Engineering team.
📍 Location: Hyderabad
👨 💻 Experience: 12–15 Years
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Required Skills
✅ Strong expertise in Azure Databricks (Lakehouse Platform)
✅ Hands-on experience with PySpark & Spark SQL
✅ Experience in designing ETL/ELT pipelines
✅ Strong knowledge of Delta Lake & Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold)
✅ Experience with Structured Streaming, Kafka, and Azure Event Hubs
✅ Expertise in Spark Performance Tuning, Query Optimization & Cluster Sizing
✅ Experience integrating data from APIs, Cloud Storage, Databases & Enterprise Applications
✅ Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Monitoring & Data Governance
✅ Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale data solutions on Azure Databricks
🔹 Architect scalable batch and real-time data pipelines
🔹 Optimize Spark workloads for performance and cost efficiency
🔹 Lead code reviews and mentor Data Engineering teams
🔹 Drive best practices in development, DevOps, and data governance
🔹 Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable data platforms .
