Job Description
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data platforms on Azure Cloud
• Work closely with internal teams to build reference data systems for securities and pricing data
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks
• Manage and process large datasets using Azure Data Lake Gen2 and Azure Databases
• Develop and manage APIs using Python (FastAPI or similar frameworks)
• Implement solutions using Azure Functions and API Gateway
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to internal development standards
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, and code management using Git/Jenkins
Mandatory Skills
✔ Strong experience in Azure Cloud Services
✔ Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF)
✔ Experience working with Azure Data Lake Gen2
✔ Strong knowledge of Azure Databases
✔ Experience with Azure Databricks
✔ Strong SQL skills (RDBMS / NoSQL databases)
✔ Experience in ETL / ELT data pipeline development
✔ Experience building APIs using Python (FastAPI or similar frameworks)
✔ Knowledge of Azure Functions and API Gateway Management
✔ Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins) and CI/CD pipelines
Good to Have
✔ Experience with Azure Data Fabric
✔ Experience in Financial Services / Capital Markets domain
✔ Understanding of financial instruments, asset classes, and market data
