Job Title: Azure Data EngineerExperience: 4–6 Years / 6–8 Years
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Azure Data Engineer with hands-on experience in building scalable data solutions using Azure services. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in data engineering, real-time data processing, and cloud-based data platforms, along with a solid understanding of modern data architecture and DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure services.
- Work extensively with Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory for data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration.
- Develop and optimize data workflows using Python, PySpark, and SQL.
- Implement efficient data models and support data warehousing solutions.
- Deliver performance tuning and cost optimization in real-time projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage deployments using DevOps practices.
- Handle version control using Git, including branching, rebasing, and merge conflict resolution.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and governance across pipelines.
Required Skills:- Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Power Automate (mandatory – real project experience required).
- Strong programming skills in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration concepts.
- Experience in performance optimization and cost management in cloud environments.
- Knowledge of Databricks Asset Bundles and deployment frameworks.
- Strong expertise in Git (branching strategies, rebasing, resolving conflicts).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with large-scale distributed data processing systems.
- Exposure to real-time/streaming data pipelines.
- Azure certifications (nice to have).
