Senior Azure Data Engineer with strong expertise in Azure data services including Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks, PySpark, and SQL. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT frameworks, and enterprise-grade data platforms on Azure. The candidate should possess strong understanding of modern data engineering concepts such as Delta Tables/Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and data modeling techniques including dimensional modeling and star/snowflake schemas. Experience in performance optimization, large-scale data processing, and handling structured and unstructured data is expected. Exposure to BI/Visualization tools such as Power BI will be a strong advantage. The candidate should also have good problem-solving skills, stakeholder communication abilities, and experience working in Agile delivery environments.
