Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Azure Data Engineer based in Bengaluru. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient data pipelines and solutions using Azure cloud platforms and related tools. The Azure Data Engineer will be responsible for building and optimizing ETL workflows, implementing data models, and managing data warehouses. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the professional will contribute to creating innovative analytics solutions, ensuring data quality, and enabling impactful decision-making processes within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Data Engineering and Data Analytics
- Proficiency in Data Modeling, Data Warehousing, and implementing high-performance data pipelines
- Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and tools
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and familiarity with cloud computing principles
- Sound knowledge of advanced analytics tools and methods
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in team environments
- Familiarity with Databricks or cloud data lake architectures is a strong plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field
