Senior Azure Data Architect | Ajmer, India | Remote
We are partnering with a dynamic company that is spearheading innovation in the data and cloud architecture space. They are seeking a highly experienced architect to lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge data solutions on a global scale.
The Role
- Lead end-to-end architecture of distributed data platforms on Azure
- Design and implement scalable Spark and DuckDB workloads in production
- Build resilient, cloud-native infrastructure using Kubernetes and AKS
- Drive performance optimization across large-scale data pipelines
- Collaborate with engineering teams across time zones
- Mentor engineers and set architecture standards
What You'll Need
- 10+ years in cloud architecture and data engineering
- Deep expertise in Apache Spark, DuckDB, and Big Data technologies
- Proven experience with Microsoft Azure (ADF, ADLS, Synapse, AKS)
- Strong Kubernetes and container orchestration skills
- Proficiency in Python and/or Scala
- Experience with streaming systems (Kafka, Azure Event Hubs)
