Job Title: Azure Data / Databricks lead/Architect
Location: Pan India
Total Required Experience : 12+
Required Skill;
Work with product management and business subject matter experts to translate
business requirements into good database design
Establish and maintain Data platforms (Databricks), database architecture standards
and best practices Participate in the evaluation of emerging technology and tools.
5-8 years of experience in architecture and development in BI area
Proficiency in Data Bricks is must and exposure to build Medallion architecture
Strong proficiency in relational database management systems (MS SQL Server,
PostgreSQL, MySQL etc. ) and NoSQL databases
Architected and build Data Lake/Data Platform leveraging Azure BI Data Platform, Data
Bricks , Synapse Analytics, Cosmos DB, Stream Analytics, Azure Data Factory, HDInsight,
, Machine Learning, Power BI
Proficient in Excel, Power BI, SSIS/SSRS/SSAS, PowerShell scripting
Experience with cloud and hybrid-cloud implementations including IaaS, PaaS and SaaS
Minimum 3 years of experience working on solutions that collect, process, store and
analyze large volumes of business-critical data.
Experience in developing both multidimensional and tabular models with large and
complex datasets.
BI development experience using MS technology stack.
Master data management system
Data modelling and data architecture design
Working within a project management/agile delivery methodology in a leading role as
part of a wider team
ETL, data integration and data migration design
Designing and implementing Azure Data Analytics solutions
Deal with other stakeholders/ end users in the software development lifecycle – PMs,
BAs, testing etc
Analysis and Solution Architecture Design
Data quality system and process design
Documentation of solutions (e.g. data models, configurations, and setup).
General Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Client facing and exposure to onshore offshore delivery model.
Experience in working in a global environment involving multiple development sites on
various time zones.
Adept negotiation skills in high-pressure situations.
Leadership skills to indirectly lead cross-functional teams towards common solutions.
Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients and across
multiple initiatives.
Good Experience in SDLC and Agile/ Scrum Development.
Familiarity with Agile framework and Industry 4.0
