Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud / Windows Engineer responsible for designing, deploying, troubleshooting, and supporting Microsoft Azure and Windows infrastructure environments.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Azure Infrastructure, Azure Networking, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure Monitor, Backup/DR, and ITIL-based incident management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for Azure public cloud and Windows/Wintel environments.
- Troubleshoot complex Azure infrastructure, networking, VM, storage, identity, and connectivity issues.
- Perform incident, problem, and change management following ITIL processes.
- Prepare RCA for critical and priority incidents.
- Design and deploy Azure infrastructure solutions for project and customer environments.
- Automate repetitive operational activities using PowerShell, Azure Automation, scripts, or workflows.
- Maintain operational procedures, technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
- Manage technical escalations with internal teams and Microsoft support.
- Support Azure-to-on-premises integration and hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Collaborate with professional services, infrastructure, networking, and security teams.

- 6+ years of overall IT Infrastructure experience
- 4+ years of hands-on Azure experience
- 3+ years of Windows/Wintel experience
- 1+ year of Azure Monitor experience
- Strong Azure infrastructure and network troubleshooting skills
- Experience supporting production environments under defined SLAs
- Strong RCA and problem-solving capabilities
- Good understanding of ITIL processes
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
