Role: Azure Engineer, infrastructure design, deployment, and support
Experience: 6+ years IT infrastructure, 4+ years Azure public cloud, 3+ years Wintel, 1+ year Azure Monitor
Core responsibilities: L2 incident support and RCA for Azure/Wintel under SLA, ITIL-based operations, automation of common support workflows, escalation management to Microsoft premier support, knowledge documentation
Key skills: Azure AD with on-prem AD integration, ExpressRoute/VPN connectivity, Azure networking and load balancing, VM and storage deployment, migration to Azure, backup/DR (Azure Backup, Site Recovery), RBAC/IAM, SQL Server, network security
Certifications: AZ-300/301 (Azure Architecture), AZ-700 (Azure Networking)
Nice to have: Docker, AKS, Azure DevOps
