· Start Date : ASAP (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

Brief About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Azure Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure.
This role is delivery-focused and requires deep expertise in cloud architecture, automation, DevOps practices, and production-grade deployments. The candidate will play a key role in modernizing infrastructure, enabling cloud adoption, and ensuring operational excellence.
Engagement Context:
· Supports enterprise cloud transformation and modernization initiatives
· Focus on scalable, secure, and automated Azure environments
· Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Application teams
Key Qualification:
· 12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Azure Cloud
· Strong hands-on experience with:
o Azure IaaS & PaaS services
o Azure Virtual Machines, App Services, Functions
o Azure Storage, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB
· Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / ARM / Bicep)
· Strong experience with Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipelines
· Hands-on with Kubernetes (AKS) & containerization (Docker)
· Deep understanding of Azure Networking (VNet, NSG, VPN, ExpressRoute)
· Experience in cloud security, governance, and compliance
· Strong scripting skills (PowerShell / Python / Bash)
Nice to Have:
· Azure Certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, DevOps Expert)
· Experience with multi-cloud (AWS/GCP)
· Knowledge of FinOps / cost optimization
· Exposure to microservices architecture
· Experience with monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights)
Scope of Work:
A. Cloud Architecture & Engineering
· Design scalable and secure Azure cloud architectures
· Implement high availability and disaster recovery strategies
· Optimize performance and cost of Azure resources
B. DevOps & Automation
· Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
· Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform/ARM
· Implement containerization and orchestration (AKS)
C. Cloud Security & Governance
· Implement identity & access management (Azure AD, RBAC)
· Enforce security policies and compliance standards
· Monitor and respond to security threats
D. Monitoring & Operations
· Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks
· Troubleshoot production issues and ensure SLA adherence
· Perform root cause analysis and system improvements
E. Documentation & Handoff
· Create architecture diagrams and technical documentation
· Document deployment processes and operational guidelines

· Automated CI/CD pipelines and IaC templates
· Production-ready cloud environments
· Monitoring and alerting framework
· Complete documentation and knowledge transfer
