Job Title: Data Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean, transform, and validate large datasets to ensure high data quality and consistency.
• Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines using Snowflake.
• Gather and analyze business data requirements by working closely with business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
• Perform data profiling, reconciliation, and quality checks to support reporting and analytics.
• Document data flows, business rules, and technical specifications.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills:
• Strong experience in Snowflake.
• Hands-on expertise in data cleansing, transformation, and data quality management.
• Experience gathering and documenting business/data requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with business users.
Good to Have:
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Exposure to data integration tools such as dbt, Informatica, Talend, or Matillion.
