Job Summary - We are seeking a qualified Ayurvedic Doctor to provide online consultations to patients/customers and to actively contribute to the development of Ayurvedic, herbal, and nutraceutical products. The role combines clinical expertise with innovative product development skills, supporting our mission to provide holistic, evidence-based wellness solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Online Consultation:
- Conduct virtual consultations with patients/customers regarding health concerns.
- Prescribe Ayurvedic treatment plans, lifestyle modifications, and dietary guidance.
2. Product Development:
- Collaborate with the R&D team to conceptualize, formulate, and validate Ayurvedic/herbal/nutraceutical products.
- Provide Ayurvedic insights for product positioning, therapeutic benefits, and usage.
- Review product formulations for authenticity, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in clinical validation and research studies related to new products.
3. Knowledge & Training Support:
- Prepare educational content (blogs, videos, webinars) on Ayurvedic health and product awareness.
- Stay updated with emerging trends, classical Ayurvedic references, and modern research.
Desired Qualifications
- BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) from a recognized university.
- Valid medical registration/license to practice Ayurveda.
- Minimum of 3-5 years clinical or practice experience (online or offline).
- Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic principles, diet, lifestyle management, and herbal formulations.
- Interest/experience in product development, nutraceuticals, or herbal formulations.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Marketing).
