Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Ayurvedic Massage Therapist to provide traditional Ayurvedic therapies and wellness treatments to clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Ayurvedic massage techniques and a strong understanding of holistic healing practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Ayurvedic therapies such as Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Panchakarma treatments, etc.
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable therapies
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of therapy rooms and equipment
- Prepare herbal oils and materials required for treatments
- Ensure client comfort, safety, and satisfaction during sessions
- Maintain proper records of treatments and client history
- Follow clinic/spa protocols and Ayurvedic principles
Requirements:
- Certification/Diploma in Ayurvedic Therapy / Panchakarma
- Proven experience as an Ayurvedic Massage Therapist
- Knowledge of traditional Ayurvedic treatments and oils
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit and able to perform therapy sessions
- Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of different body types (Doshas – Vata, Pitta, Kapha)
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to handle multiple clients professionally
