Role Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead our AI initiatives, playing a crucial role in developing AI-driven solutions for the fashion industry. This position is ideal for someone passionate about applying their ML expertise to creative and impactful projects.

Qualification

1. Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related fields, coupled with substantial experience in machine learning projects.
2. Demonstrable experience with ML frameworks, MLOps tools, and deploying models to production.
3. Should have implemented papers from scratch.
4. Leadership skills to form and lead a team in future.
5. Strong analytical skills, creativity, and a passion for staying on top of AI trends.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead & collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Lead AI/ML projects from concept through deployment, focusing on innovative solutions in fashion technology.
2. Design, train, and implement machine learning models, with a special interest in diffusion models and their application to our field.
3. Ensure the scalability and integration of AI solutions into our product offerings, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.
4. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in the field of computer vision and machine learning.
