Responsibilities: ● Own end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing roles across SEO, SEM, Paid Media, Content, etc. ● Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics. ● Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals. ● Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from first touchpoint to onboarding. ● Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs. Requirements: ● 1–2 years of core recruitment experience, specifically in digital marketing hiring. ● Proven success in sourcing and closing talent in high-volume, fast-paced environments (agency or brand-side). ● Deep understanding of digital marketing roles and skill sets. ● Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. ● A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic setup.
