Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team of architects in United States. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by providing administrative, clerical, and project-related support. This role requires someone who is proactive, tech-savvy, and able to work in a fast-paced, design-focused environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing project documents, reports.
  • Help track project timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors as needed.
  • Support architects with documentation, permit submissions, and tracking approvals.
  • Assist in formatting architectural documentation (PDFs, presentations, reports).
  • Maintain drawing logs, specifications, and revision histories.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience with architectural terminology and design processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and cloud-based storage (Dropbox, Google Drive).
  • Experience AutoCAD, Revit or related is compulsory. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architect.
