MIS Manager/Lead – Performance & Business Intelligence

Reporting to: Senior Leadership The MIS Manager/Lead will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing Management Information Systems (MIS) and performance monitoring frameworks across the company's products, services, and operations. This role involves tracking internal efficiency, operational performance, and external product effectiveness through data analytics, dash boarding, and business intelligence reporting. The MIS Manager/Lead will work closely with business, research, product, and operations teams to generate data-driven insights, enabling informed decision-making, optimizing service delivery, and ensuring accountability through performance monitoring systems.
